These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and ISO certification consultancy services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and us, made under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
1 Definitions
- "Services"
- ISO certification consultancy, documentation preparation, audit support, liaison with certification bodies, and all related advisory services offered by ISO Registration India.
- "Certification Body"
- An independent, IAF-accredited third-party organisation that conducts the formal audit and issues the ISO certificate. ISO Registration India is a consultancy firm, not a certification body.
- "Certificate"
- The ISO standard certificate issued by the Certification Body upon successful completion of the audit process.
- "Fee"
- The consultancy fee paid to ISO Registration India for its services, as listed on our website or confirmed in writing.
- "Audit Fee"
- Any charges levied separately by the Certification Body for conducting audits. These may be included in our all-inclusive packages or billed separately — as communicated at the time of order.
2 Our Services
ISO Registration India provides ISO certification consultancy services including, but not limited to:
- Gap analysis and readiness assessment
- Preparation of quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation required by the relevant ISO standard
- Training and guidance for internal audits and management review
- Liaison with accredited Certification Bodies for audit scheduling
- Support during stage-1 and stage-2 certification audits
- Post-audit corrective action and closure support
- Surveillance audit support (for active retainer clients)
3 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legally registered entity or individual in India or another jurisdiction
- Have authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your organisation
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
4 Ordering & Payment
4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed when full or agreed partial payment is received by us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion prior to commencement of work.
4.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST where indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of confirmed payment will apply to that order.
4.3 Payment Gateway
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank account details. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
4.4 GST & Invoicing
A GST invoice will be issued upon payment. Our GSTIN will be mentioned on the invoice. If you require specific billing details, please inform us at the time of order.
4.5 Chargebacks
If you initiate an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor and pursue recovery of amounts owed, including any associated fees.
5 Delivery & Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines (e.g., 15–20 days) are indicative and depend on:
- Timely submission of all required documents by the Client
- Availability of the Certification Body's auditors
- The Client organisation's readiness and cooperation
- Absence of non-conformances requiring re-audit
ISO Registration India is not liable for delays caused by Client non-cooperation, Certification Body scheduling, government processes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The timelines mentioned are estimates based on average case experience and are not contractual guarantees.
6 Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as requested by us
- Cooperate promptly with our consultants and with the Certification Body during the audit process
- Ensure that your organisation genuinely implements the management system for which certification is sought
- Not use any certificate issued through our services for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes
- Notify us immediately if any information provided changes materially
- Maintain the certified management system in compliance with the standard throughout the validity of the certificate
7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, articles, and code — is the property of ISO Registration India and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws and international treaties.
Documents, templates, and manuals prepared by our consultants for your organisation are provided for your internal use only. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing to third parties is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
The ISO name and logo are trademarks of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Their use on this website is for informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with ISO Geneva.
8 Disclaimers
- No Guarantee of Certification: We do not guarantee that your organisation will receive an ISO certificate. Certification is entirely at the discretion of the independent Certification Body.
- Accuracy of Information: While we strive to keep our website and articles accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of information provided on our blog, articles, or guides.
- Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of those sites.

9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISO Registration India shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, business, contracts, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Certification failure or rejection by the Certification Body
- Delays caused by the Client, Certification Body, or force majeure events
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10 Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:
- Fees for work already completed or in progress will not be refunded (see our Refund Policy)
- All confidential documents shared by either party must be returned or destroyed upon request
- Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law shall survive termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a Client is found to be providing false information, acting in bad faith, or violating these Terms.
11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation or mediation within 30 days of the dispute arising.
